What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal and Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

  • City/State/Zip
  • Unique payment identifier
  • Payment provider identifier

Newsletter

We process our newsletter emails through a service called Mailchimp. When processing newsletter subscriptions, some of your data will be passed to Mailchimp, including information required to send you emails, such as your name and email.

Security

We take security very seriously here at LnM Laser and this is why we keep all our software and servers up to date with the latest security patches and updates to ensure any leaks and possible holes are patched. We monitor our database and server constantly to ensure there isn’t any unexpected activity. If any activity is monitored we will contact you as soon as we know and let you know the severity of the issue and provide a fix to the exploit as soon as possible.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and exercise your right to be forgotten by simply sending an email to us via our contact form. We will remove your account after 7 days of your request unless you state otherwise. Once the 7 days has lapsed your account will be deleted and this cannot be undone.
